After a week or so I spotted the Russian mini tubes on ebay and didn't hesistate. Here they are:


1J24B
auch unter 1SH24B geführt.
Neu, ungebraucht, ungetestet.
Pentode, auch als Triode verwendbar.
Anodenspannung: 60 V
Anodenstrom:        1,5 mA
Heizspannung:       1,2 V
Heistrom:                13 mA
Lassen sich auf Grund der geringen Anodenspannung auch mit 12V betreiben.
Dieser Typ wurde auch in russischen Kampfflugzeugen vom Typ MIG 29 verwendet!





1J29B
auch unter 1SH29B geführt. Neu, ungebraucht, ungetestet. Pentode, auch als Triode verwendbar.
Anodenspannung: 60 V
Anodenstrom:        5,3 mA
Heizspannung:       2,4V bzw. 1,2 V
Heistrom:                30 mA bzw. 60mA
Lassen sich auf Grund der geringen Anodenspannung auch mit 12V betreiben.Dieser Typ wurde auch in russischen Kampfflugzeugen vom Typ MIG 29 verwendet!
